Daughter of a Realtor/Banker and a Businessman/Trade Unionist, Nicole Shelley Greenidge was born on the island of St. Lucia in the West Indies. She relocated to Miami in order to pursue degrees in International Relations and Modern Languages at Florida International University. She excelled there exiting with distinctions from Phi Beta Kappa, the National Dean’s List, the book of Who’s Who, the Dean’s List, the Honor’s College and Magna Cum Laude. Currently, Nicole speaks seven different languages partly thanks to her British based academia, high school training in Denmark and additional European tertiary level education.

Nicole Shelley began a career in modeling at the age of 13 for local British tea parties in her native homeland. Although modeling was not the primary focus in life, after graduating from Florida International University, she not only began teaching ESOL at FIU, Miami Dade College, The Art Institutes - Miami International University of Art and Design and several Foreign Institutes but soon after, she started her own Personal/Professional  Development and Communications Workshops specializing in Etiquette Training, Written, Spoken and Body language Skills Training for all ages. The Body Language division, the brainchild of the original Fashion Division of Nicole Shelley Models has reached new heights to include tea parties, a concept which Nicole was introduced to in her infant years.

Now, Nicole Shelley Models and One on One LLCs family group of companies have not only redefined communication but so have they done for beauty and the concept of "dressing" for success. Now, Nicole Shelley is known for producing some of the more eccentric fashion productions today, working quite closely with non profit organizations, brands, designers, products, services, elite establishments etc., however Education and Personal Development still remain at the core of many of NSM and One on One projects.
